The Best Western Paris-Saclay adds another dimension to your seminars and meetings in the Paris area. Our concept brings together spaces designed around French excellence to stimulate reflection, exchange and projection.
Just 20 minutes from Orly and right next to the HEC campus, everything has been designed to combine accessibility, inspiration and performance.
Collection Room
Inspired by the world of fashion and haute couture, the Collection room is a celebration of high standards, creativity and trend-spotting. Its atmosphere invites teams to explore new ideas, to look at things from different angles and to develop agile and proactive collective thinking. Designed to foster collective intelligence, it offers a stimulating environment where ideas are assembled, refined and projected with precision. Ideal for dynamic meetings, collaborative workshops or brainstorming sessions, it can accommodate up to 16 people in U-shape, 18 in pavé, 35 in theatre and 18 in classroom layout.
Millésime Room
With its leather armchairs and hushed ambience, the Millésime room lends itself naturally to strategic discussions and major decision-making. Designed as a showcase for management committees and high-stakes meetings, it encourages quality thinking, diplomacy and precise decision-making. Its identity, inspired by excellence and maturity, encourages the most decisive visions for the company to mature. Intimate and distinctive, it encourages high-level discussions in a comfortable and inspiring setting. The Millésime room can accommodate 8 to 10 people around its central co-decision-making table.
Domain Room
The Domaine room draws its inspiration from the world of oenology and the long term, to make the collective a real lever for growth. Here, the emphasis is on solidarity and the transformation and enhancement of ideas over time. It lends itself particularly well to working groups who want to structure their exchanges, strengthen their cohesion and build sustainable projects. Its collaborative atmosphere encourages the gathering, transforming, slowing down and maturing of ideas in the service of the company. Located close to the grounds of the Château d'HEC, it can accommodate up to 20 people in the U-shape, 22 in the pavé, 40 in the theatre and 20 in the classroom.
Altitude Room
The Altitude room invites you to take a step back and look to the future. In an innovative atmosphere, it stimulates new ideas, inspiration and the ability to think outside the box to imagine new paths. It's the ideal space for sales meetings, projection workshops or strategic brainstorming sessions during a seminar in the Paris region. Its resolutely forward-looking environment promotes leadership, boldness and decision-making. Ideal for visionary discussions, it can accommodate up to 16 people in a U-shape, 18 in a pavé, 35 in a theatre and 18 in a classroom layout.
Knowledge Room
Dedicated to sharing knowledge, the Knowledge Room showcases collective intelligence at its most unifying. Its atmosphere is designed to accompany training courses, conferences, presentations and transmission sessions where the exchange of expertise becomes a driving force for joint progress. Spacious and structured, it brings teams together around a particular content, vision or major issue, while encouraging listening and learning. Inspired by academic excellence, it is distinguished by its generous seating capacity: up to 32 people in the U-shape, 40 in the pavé, 90 in the theatre and 55 in the classroom.
Handmade Room
The Fait Main room pays tribute to patience, dexterity and the value of know-how. Its craftsman-inspired environment is a reminder that the best results often come from attention to detail, teamwork and mastery of gestures. It is particularly suited to construction meetings, operational workshops and training sessions that require method, precision and commitment. In this unique setting, each participant finds his or her place to contribute to a demanding, practical, shared dynamic. The room can accommodate up to 16 people in a U-shape, 18 in a pavé, 35 in a theatre and 18 in a classroom.
Coworking space
Designed as a welcoming lobby open to mobile professionals, the coworking space at the Best Western Paris Saclay offers a more flexible and user-friendly way of working. Freelancers, teleworking employees, sales representatives on the move and visiting colleagues will all find a place that is conducive to both concentration and informal exchanges. Designed to break down isolation and encourage interaction, this open space encourages studious work in a relaxed atmosphere, over a coffee or a shared moment. It is a natural complement to the range of seminars, meetings and professional events on offer.
